About the project

Ambient aims to be the best music player for the Android mobile platform. The project is an attempt to shamelessly copy as much functionality as possible from Amarok .

This software uses the following projects:

  • Entagged 0.31
  • Some components were stolen from Jajuk 1.4.6
  • Some images stolen from Amarok 1.4.8

Ambient runs on the Android platform. Specifically,

  • Ambient 0.1 runs only on android-m15-rc15 only
  • Ambient 0.2 runs on android-0.9-beta only
  • Ambient 0.3 runs on android-1.0-r1 and higher
  • Ambient 0.4 will run on Android 1.5 and higher
